Shipping / Warranty / Returns Information
The Redpoint Store is committed to your full and complete satisfaction, and providing a pleasurable online shopping experience. Please note our shipping, warranty and return policies outlined below. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us via email from the Contact Us tab.
Shipping
All products will be shipped via UPS. Orders received by 4PM will go out same-day. Orders received after 4PM will ship next day. The Redpoint Store will provide UPS shipment tracking information upon request, please send us an email through the Contact Us tab to receive tracking information.
Warranty Coverage
The majority of products offered from The Redpoint Store are new and in the original factory packaging. New products are covered by the original factory warranty. If desired, customers can purchase a warranty extension through The Redpoint Store, underwritten by AmTrust insurance. Please contact us directly through the Contact Us tab on the site and we will work with you to determine your extended warranty needs.
On occasion The Redpoint Store may offer Gently Used products. Gently Used products are typically used for several months, either in a dealer showroom or a buyers home. The Redpoint Store only offers products as Gently Used if they function perfectly and are blemish-free in appearance. Gently Used products are clearly identified on our site, and information on available warranties for Gently Used products is included with each product description.
Warranty Repair Work
To obtain warranty repair work, customer should refer to the manufacturers warranty information for the product. The customer will typically be required to pack-up the product and ship it directly to the manufacturer recommended service center.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Redpoint Store, you can return the item within thirty (30) days, in its original packaging, for full credit. Please contact us via the Contact Us tab if you need to return an item for any reason and we will work with you to provide correct return shipping address and handle associated shipping charges. The Redpoint Store will pay shipping charges, or reimburse customer for return shipping charges paid.
Defective Merchandise:
If merchandise is found to be defective or damaged, the customer should return the product within thirty (30) days to The Redpoint Store for credit or replacement. Credit or replacement will be determined on a case-by-case basis at time of return. The Redpoint Store will pay shipping charges, or reimburse customer for return shipping charges paid.
Incomplete Orders, Wrong Item or Missing Items:
If you have an issue with an incomplete order, or if the wrong product was shipped or there are missing items, please contact us immediately. We suggest that you do not refuse shipment if you suspect an error, as it can be more expeditious to handle the issue prior to a shipment being returned. An option would be to ask the driver to delay delivery until the following day, during which time you can contact us to discuss the order. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure all orders are complete and accurate.
